Many are hooked on a mechanical ventilator to sleep. And have an inclined bed. The poorer sleep on a reclined couch.
right, because obese people usually cannot lie down, ironically or they are at risk of snapping their neck.
Or simply not being able to ever have the momentum to get up again.
