My guess is the actual banning is done by poorly paid, possibly foreign clickers. They have very little intelligence, it would not be good if they did utilize discretion, and Elon hasn't replaced them yet.
When we're talking about overpaid Twitter prince and princesses, I severely doubt those are the people that do the tweet-by-tweet censorship.
They can be biased against conservatives and still be sitting in their pajamas somewhere clicking away for 18 dollars an hour. I stand by that I highly doubt twitter's actual censors come into Twitter headquarters (or live generally anywhere near there). It would be too expensive.
They could be American. You know all those work from home spams go somewhere.
