Nevermind the fact the seatbelt has a high chance in this analogy of choking you, possibly affect your heart, possibly not even WORKING THE WAY IT'S SUPPOSED TO, and possibly also fucking with your reproductive system and who knows what else out there.
Spike proteins (in the shots as well as the original virus) concentrate in the ovaries. Reproduction rate delta in a nation tracks pretty closely with average doses/person.
The heart is myocarditis/pericarditis (when the spike proteins concentrate in heart muscle and kill a portion of it - those terms are specific to dead/damaged cardiac tissue, not the shot-induced variant of it).
I think the choking is actually a seatbelt-across-the-throat metaphor, not a direct reference to something related to the Pfizer product.
