I skimmed the article looking for the explanation of how two Gringott's goblin looking walking stereotype motherfuckers were 'darlings' of the alt right, and all they have is this ONE SENTENCE:

Some of her defenders, who call her “Queen Caroline,” are followers of Curtis Yarvin, a neoreactionary political theorist and far right darling.

That's all they've got, but they put it in the subheading, knowing 90% of people won't read any further.
