You don't even have to do that, just be as openly conservative as possible.
Openly criticise queers and commies, while talking constantly about your family. Wear a flag pin or sticker on your car. Plan your social activities around guns.
These people can't take adversity or being outside of a hive. Just make sure that there's no space in your town for people like that, and they'll leave.
Let your social laws enable degenerate lifestyles, and you will get more degenerates.
