imo his problem is he failed to have kids of his own, he is a victim of the subverted culture that convinced him that raising another man's kids is equal to your own reproduction
now he is old and sees this empty dry future where he is gone and all that is left of him is his wikipedia entry and his books in libraries, but no living legacy to even potentially carry on a portion of his unique identity
To really internalize the concept that blood matters he would have to reject almost the entirety of his liberal framework and overcome a lifetime of social indoctrination.
The problem has never been males lack of biological function, it has always been lack of suitable woman to put seed into and lack of suitable society to raise children and maintain a wife. You'd have to be suicidal to have kids with an average woman in a western country.
While the degradation isn't as early and severe as women (regardless of what cope "studies" say), you are still pushing the chances of your kid being born with something severely wrong with them if you seed a girl past like 55.
Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. Nor should your failure to plan your life mean you fuck up a child's instead.
While I think Scott Adams has kind of missed the bus by the time he reaches his age, the whole "guys can reproduce well into their 80's" thing barely matters in our society when people have been socially engineered to see large age differences as creepy.
For example, there should be no issue with a 35 year old man getting with a 22 year old girl. But I guarantee 95% of normies would shudder as if there is something fundamentally wrong with that despite it being commonplace throughout most societies throughout human history. It is hard for me not to see this as an outcome socially engineered by the same elites that cannot stop shouting from the rooftops about how overpopulated we are.
When you consider just how terrible the average western woman is, it isnt hard to imagine why it might be difficult for men to find one to settle down with. But this feature of society places a kind of artificial limit on a man's reproduction capability by effectively tying it to a woman's ticking biological clock. Start getting more than a 7 or so year age gap between the man and woman and people begin to think shit is wrong for some reason. That retardation needs to stop.
I still remember his denial days of shouting down to others that it was "a 50/50 chance". I wonder if he's truly moved past that, but his rhetoric of "betrayal" seems like he still thinks there was (and still is) some kind of legitimacy of the people who pushed this crap.
I kinda feel sorry for him, but I also kinda don't. Everyone around him lead him to the proverbial water, and he was the one who refused to drink, actively choosing the koolaid stand instead and mocking people that refused to join him. I don't think he deserves to off himself or go through depression, but at the same time he needs to come to terms with his own major failures.
Well, this appears to be the bargaining stage of depression.
The next is acceptance. Or an hero, I guess.

Guys can still spread their seed well into their 80's. Someone needs to sit down and have a talk with him.

He's double vaxxed. Any kids he manages to conceive are going to come out with empty eye sockets if they survived at all.
