Lets talk about fraud. There are a bunch of different things that fall under the umbrella of "voter fraud", some of which are more factual than others.
Things that there's actual evidence of:
People who are ineligible to vote voting. People who become felons, move out of the district, illegals, etc.
People who can vote but vote in invalid ways. In GA for example, you cannot allow ballot harvesters take your vote. Doing so invalidates that ballot.
People voting on behalf of others without consent. There's evidence of nursing home workers voting the ballots of residents without their consent.
Things that there's no evidence of:
Ballots created in bulk by elections officials to sway a race.
Ballot counting machines that just make up the vote totals in favor of one candidate.
Most of the Trump cope comes in the form of the latter accusations.
In GA, for example, the Republican-controlled election officials did extensive investigations (hundreds) and found some small-scale voter fraud, but it was nowhere near enough to actually change the outcome of the election. It was maybe in the hundreds of votes, with no grand conspiracies, when trump needed in the tens of thousands.
The only lie about fraud is coming from the side that benefited, and continued to benefit, by engaging in fraud.
Trump and his supporters lie about fraud as a cope, when the reality is that Trump is a loser.

They found 2500 republican votes that had been stolen in 2 precincts alone. That's not minor.
