I don't remember the exact rate, but I vaguely recall MtF being over 4x as common a couple months back.
Women are herd creatures by nature though, so as the cultural zeitgeist changed to focus more on transgender acceptance, it's likely that a greater proportion of women are choosing to mutilate themselves than before.
Both have consistent statistics with my previous statement that it used to be a higher proportion of mtf than ftm but that the latter is likely to have increased in the current political climate.

Last time this came up, it was the exact opposite. There is an overwhelming rate of FtM, whereas most of the focus is on MtF -- the minority.
