Mandatory 1hr weightlifting if you want to really get serious.

The number of times my buddies and I joked about installing a power rack in the server room...man it'd be nice to have some backing from leadership for that sort of tomfoolery.

...we had a weight rack and benches in ours back in the dot com boom. Working out in 65 degree F industrial A/C was the absolute best.
