Except that the Soros backed DAs will then prosecute you. You can't even brandish a gun in their general direction as the McCloskeys found out.

They didn't do it right. The right way is to take one headshot from a concealed position about 400 yards from the target. Then skedaddle.

The only solution right now is to not live in Democrat controlled jurisdictions.
