“Conservative” he is an anti trump republican. Like Bill Kristol who votes for far left democrats and insists he is a conservative. Not sure why they act like it’s a big deal. Salon has the normal left wing talking points so of course they will say that about trump.

Joking aside, I don't see the problem here. They're reporting what George Conway said, so it doesn't matter whether he said it to Salon, Playboy, or someone's aunt.
Styxhexenhammer666 has had great coverage and insight from the onset of this entire farce, there's literally nothing they can charge Trump with that confers a prison sentence. In the end Brandon is gonna get impeached (or forced to resign rather than be impeached) for Maralagogate.
I think the goal is to put him under permanent investigation, and they can’t do that if they actually charge him. Because then he’ll get a day in court, and the nightmare scenario is a very public acquittal. They’re just gonna run out the clock. He’s old.
