Most unions I've seen are utter shit, asking for stuff that will just harm their own members in the long run just so that they can keep justifying their own existence and thus dipping into the rightful earnings of it's members
Personally anyone asking anything about unions would get instantly moved to the "check their value" box to see if their retardation gets in the way of their work.
Then again there might be good unions out there. I just haven't seen any.
Yeah, unions are prone for corruption.
My union pushes for diversity, my local union rep reported me for wearing boots in the winter.
To be honest that just sounds like standard Japanese business work policy
They won't fire you for being shit at your job (just make your life hell till YOU quit) but say union and your ass hits the pavement before you make your first flyer.
It's starting to become the case with a lot of canadian businesses too, or more accurately there's a polarizing aspect where every business either has a union and demands you join it asap or doesn't have one and will fire you at the mere thought of it.
Unless Mackenzie Clifton has multiple personalities or is a conjoined twin, it's a troon.
I want to choke the asshole that came up with "my pronouns are...". Not only for the obvious reason that it's gay as shit, but we have singular and plural words for a reason- to communicate clearly. When you muddy the waters by using plurals to refer to individuals nobody knows what the fuck you're talking about.
I bet employee was about to get fired so they asked about unions trying to set up a defense for a complaint with the dept of labor.
Good.
This is how it's done.
>contractor
>union
Independent contractors don't have unions. It's kinda in the name. Unless this particular "contractor" is actually a union plant to sow discord in the company.
