I'm assuming you are arguing that people shouldn't get vaccinated against STDs because it would be better to just abstain from sex. This is a stupid attitude, as vaccination takes place at young ages before we find out who the sluts are. So yes, we need to vaccinate everyone or as close to it as possible because we don't know what their level of promiscuity will be, and THEY don't know either.
Do you consider a child to be an STD?
I consider a child to be a blessing, and something to be grateful for, to raise well and rejoice in.
