To be fair, the female officer was not the one to park the cruiser on the railroad. She pulled in with her own car and parked behind the ill-fated cruiser. Also, when the first horn sounded there was a reasonable enough amount of time to jump in and drive the car forward and save the person they placed in needless mortal danger.
