The term rings a bell for me too, but I can't remember what it was used as a euphemism for. Is open borders or something else?
Even that is named after Karl Popper's concept. He had written a book The Open Society and Its Enemies. He was Georgie boy's mentor.
Open society is moral relativism, and its enemies are people with values grounded in religion, like me.
Religions are half of what are pushing moral relativism. The true enemy of moral relativism is logic as it is the process by which you determine the superiority or inferiority of things.
