It's just a joke. Canada seems to be doing this with the elderly more than anything else based on the article. Probably because they see them as useless eaters straining the system. That's what you get with government healthcare!
Also, I actually completely disagree about trannies. They need real help, not euthanasia.
They needed help before they reached that state. They're beyond help once they're on troomer pills, not least because they harbor extreme hatred of anyone who has enough grounding in reality to actually help them. I'd settle for eliminating the danger they pose to children and would be sexual partners.
You'd be surprised, most can bounce back. They may be living with permanent scars or deformities, but they otherwise can lead healthy lives.
