Well, yes and no. You can disagree with the Pope openly on most things. But you must obey all Church laws. Getting the shot isn't church law.

I've never seen the Pope be malicious. He still says it is a choice to get it, he just wants people to get it. 90% of brainwashed shills would agree people should get the shot.
He's dumb, that's all. I believe his purpose (as the choice of Pope is always influenced by God) is to wake up Catholics to the idea of the Church being incorruptible, and I have seen many Catholics seem to do just this and denounce Pope Francis. I hope it leads to an awakening where we demand better clergy, ones focused on Orthodoxy, not bowing to the temporary modern world.
