Have an entirely white cast for a show that's set in a setting that was 99% or more white? Minority erasure.
Have an entirely non-white-male cast replace historical figures who were all white men? Just a creative twist to reflect modern sensibilities.

These are both non-profits. American Repertory Theater has the hapa bitch as its artistic director. Both of the organizations have a slew of different donors. It wreaks of Fink's ESG crap more than anything with all those corporate donors.
