Yep. Write your congressman or run for office. Get some pressure to actually enforce federal law and you'll see it enforced. You're on that NIMBY kick right now, and most of them will stay wherever benefits are best. So there's another local thing you can lean on politicians for.

Its more than just a cheap laugh. Nothing is going to change by just playing by the rules. Sometimes you need to deliver a bitch slap in order to get someone to see sense. If thats what it takes for the average democrat voter, so be it.
