So they know that Laurence Fox also posted the same image, and he was standing right in front of them, but they didn't arrest him. Why?
Not only would Laurence Fox be politically empowered by such an arrest, but the inconsistent enforcement keeps people terrified of stepping out of line.
While I appreciate and understand the necessity of the term anarcho-tyranny, it is really just the traditional understanding of tyranny. The anarcho part is superfluous.
