Many countries permit women in the military, but I do not know of a single one that allows them to become front line military. I do not believe there is a single place in the world where women are permitted to be the first line of defense, they're usually like, the 8th or something.
Today, Rojava does that. I know it's an unrecognised state that didn't even formally declare independence (and currently threatened with total destruction by Turkey) but they do that.
They have an actual radical feminist ideology there, especially radical since they're in a ME Muslim country. But even they keep them strictly separated, in their own units, in their own armed force (YPJ).
They also recruit (conscript) child soldiers, which is way more normal, for both the region/culture and rebel armies generally.

After Lysychans'k, Russia has accomplished nothing, and appears to have completely stalled. There have been a number of reports that Russians have been forced to move troops away from the Donbass area in order to defend against Ukrainian advances around Kharkiv and Kherson. There is no more low hanging fruit for them to attack.
Russia have consistently lost more men and equipment than Ukraine. Russia has been forced to open its prisons to scrape the barrel for recruits. It's been forced into aggressive recruitment drives offering huge sums of money to get people to sign up, and still can't fill out its BTGs. It's a meme that Russian propaganda featured one of their boys died and the parents used his death payout to buy a little white Lada car because "it's what he would have wanted", the message being "send us your sons so they can die and you can get a car". By all accounts, Russia is suffering a significant manpower shortage, while Ukraine is not.
I get that the Putin lovers are going to seethe really, really hard now, and for the next few months. Your side lost. It has been known for months that Russia would eventually run out of enough men and equipment to sustain offensive operations. It looks like that time is already upon us, accelerated a little bit by HIMARS blowing up dozens of Russian ammo dumps.

It’s impossible without western boots on the ground. So the Ukraine‘a goal is, in fact, World War 3.
No need for any "western boots" (if you mean actual soldiers) at all.
They already did successful counteroffensives in the north, rolling entire fronts entirely (Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy) or mostly (Kharkiv) back to the border even with just either post-Soviet or their locally produced heavy weapons.
Russia is about 75% done with its goal of liberating Donbass from Ukronazi scum. By the end of August or so it'll be 100%. They've stated the operation won't end there though so we'll see what happens next. The rest of the country isn't nearly as heavily fortified so it'll happen fast from that point on if Zelensky is told to fight to the bitter end.
