So the money he was going to be paid to fulfill the orders and deliver the product is now going to be held by Paypal until he can complete the orders.

He never spoke the words "I need this money to pay to ship the product or I can't ship it".

Typically the funds gathered are used to fulfill the product orders and cover any issues that come up and thats hundreds of thousands of dollars needed to print all these comics and then ship them.

I dont have to make shit up to defend him, i just have to not be a bumbling idiot to realize that the money is needed for things related to actually doing business
