You leave, that daughter grows up learning her mom was a fucking slut and I bet her mom will do everything she can to demonize him.
You stay, and you really are a cuck that is raising a kid that isn't even yours, but the kid didn't do anything wrong.
You separate the kid from the mom and that will create its own set of problems as well.
This lady caused this, she can fucking eat shit for subjecting this guy and the kid to this.
Every option harms someone but the harsh truth is that the man should prioritize himself.
Staying is the worst option for him.
Leaving is the least worst option for him.
The man is not responsible for a child that is not biologically his.
I know this definitely sucks for the poor kid but it is morally wrong to guilt any man into staying in a situation like this.
