Didn't read the whole thing yet, but that kind of terrorism is only valid when state power supports their side. (soft anarcho-tyranny) Official law enforcement and establishment power like media. You either take over the establishment the way their side did, or destroy it. We often talk about parallel systems and walking away but if the law is against you then you must fight back. You can't "opt-out" if the politicized DOJ decides to prosecute you.

There are entire federal law enforcement departments dedicaded to infiltrating, discrediting, destabalizing and criminalizing any meaningful organization that forwards right-leaning interests.

And operating within blue/enemy jurisdiction means the full weight of the "law" will be thrown against you if you have any public presence.

Then the democrat-media machine will mobilize to dox and demonize any members that are made public. Meaning no man that works for someone else and has a family can afford to participate.

We cant use their tactics because we dont have their resources, it has to be asymetric action.

Imo lean hard on state legislatures to implement the florida model. Make disruptive behavior a felony, pre-emptively immunize normal people from liability for reasonable responses to provocation.

State and local legislatures are the one lever we still have some control over.

Yep, what we're seeing is Marcuse's Repressive Tolerance in action. Left wing violence = good, right wing speech = bad.

Third, someone in the group needs to have the responsibility to call for a violent response.

Annndddd you've been arrested for conspiracy to riot.

Overwhelming and unceasing violence is the correct but unpalatable answer.

In the US, I imagine the answer is a civil lawsuit against the state or municipality for failing in their duty of care.

I hope it will not take them long to learn that prejudicial enforcement of the law is an expensive mistake to make.

Fair point. Could you sue them for their prejudicial law enforcement directly?

... so why fund the police if the only people they intend to protect are the ones burning down your workplace?

Unfortunately, stoicism. That's the point. To get you to respond so you can be violently attacked later, and have the National Lawyers Guild pay for the federal lawsuit you'll be in.

Beyond that, best case is to respond early with pepper spray to the face to tell someone to "go be fat somewhere else". If they are going to put hands on you, pepper-spray is 100% legit.

Comment Reported for: Rule 2 - Violent Speech

Comment Removed for Rule 1 - Illegal Activity.

Violent speech is part of it, but the main violation here is advocating for explicitly illegal activity.
