It's not from an anti-vax rally because the name written on the left of the sign goes to this specimen. Idk if it's not an ironic pro-lifer though, because what's getting forced on people? Having a great-looking family and three cute kids?

I think it's clear from the entire "force men to get a vasectomy, it's totally the same!" argument that these people don't understand the difference between banning a practice and mandating one at all.
