Well whether or not it's a women is a mystery.
After staring at it for a while, I'm fairly certain the sitting Black and tubby are men dressed like women. The Asian stereotype is just their stylist and doesn't care as long as she gets paid. I have no idea why the person in a hijab is there. Maybe the sister of the one who got her tits cut off.

Yup. She admitted that at first, but more recently, after it became taboo to criticize Islam, she started lying and said that Christianity was her inspiration.
