I've seen Trump recently relying more and more on typical Conservative Inc. talking points, so when he comes out with something like this it gives me hope.
I hope they do fortify him out and just as obviously, but that is highly doubtful. Our enemies' resources are not infinite. 2020 was the high watermark of their power. It will be much harder for them to rally that level support, as the elites are starting to question their own legitimacy. Plus, Trump appears to be better contained now and could easily be mistaken for a regime asset.
Even if he hasn't been fully assimilated, it would be the smart play to let him win. There is a large swath of the populace, a vital swath that keeps basic society operating, that has become completely disillusioned with all governing institutions. Those people need to be brought back into the dialectic, and the best way to do that is to toss them a minor win. As it stands now, sovereign power lies neither in the White House nor the Capitol, so the regime can afford to give them up in order to secure the existing political formula.
This is kind of the beauty of Trump, though -- what you just described is kind of untenable.
What, do we think Antifa and the Pink Hat brigade will just fade into the night if Trump gets elected again? Even if the establishment was on board with your theory (and I don't think you're wrong, FWIW), the far left is still a rabid dog that is off the leash.
What are the Dems going to do about the fact they've 'fortified' their cities so much that lunatics like AOC, Omar, Jayapal, Bush, etc. will never lose in their districts? The Dem establishment hates the Progressive Caucus as much as we do at this point, but they have no way to bring them to heel.
Arkancide, the FAA has already reduced the amount of airtime for prospective pilots by half in a bid to get more black women into cockpits. There will be lots more plane crashes in the future. That or just fortify them out, the machine says you lost your district to this other guy who totally isn't a CIA asset, oops!

Serious question: Where does the sovereign power lay, exactly, and how would you define "the regime"?
Sovereign is he who decides the exception. Policy comes down from supranational organizations such as the WEF. Power likes to hide. If we knew who exactly controlled such organizations, it'd be much easier to win, although there are some who are more public such as Bill Gates running the WHO.
The regime is the set of managerial elites who control the west. It includes the international oligarchs at the top and the non-governing elites who implement and enforce policy, such as the blue haired HR director or NYT journo.
He could damn near randomly appoint people who've attended his rallies and/or bought stuff from his campaign store and find a better lot. Less likely to backstab, more likely to do the job out of a sense of duty and honor instead of for personal gain.
He will need a cooperative Republican congress. People like Cocaine Mitch are there to sweet talk him on judges while keeping the rest of the swamp employed.

It's a trap. MAGA has been assimilated into MAGA Inc. I'll be happy to be proven wrong though, since Trump is on track to win 24.
How could he possibly be on track to win after all the election fortifying done during the most secure ever 2020 election?
This.
While some states are still free and fair, the fraud will only get worse in blue and purple states since its been left unchecked.

There are rumors about some very based people lining up to staff his Whitehouse, but it's hard to know if they can actually get themselves inserted.
and replace them with who tho?

Don't forget that shithead Paul Ryan.
Out of power, but the shithead bench is deep.
Fucking anything. Inflatable tube men would be a reasonable compromise.
It took him how long to realize this?
