We don't have a rule like that.
There's a big difference between saying "Jews as a race are dedicated to the extermination of whites" and "In 1803 a white genocide was conducted in Hati by the revolutionary government that turned on their allies who were white, and forcibly married off surviving white women."
The first one is an identity based attack, seeking to balkanize the user-base into ethnic factionalism and sectarianism.
The second one is a statement of fact about a real genocide that actually occurred which nobody wants to talk about, and which the Left explicitly lies about. Unless the Leftists are White Nationalists Socialists who want to bring it up, or Black National Socialists who want to repeat it.
Does saying "Ashkenazi populations have a nasty history of ethnic nepotism, and that's why several of them are globalist conspirators and regressive leftism is rampant in the Jewish community." qualify as an identity based attack?
It's dancing the line because of "nasty history of ethnic nepotism", so I'd look at your context behind that to make a judgement.
The issue is about carefully drawing the line on the specificity & the root of the argument, for example:
"It's da jews" meanwhile progressives are overwhelmingly white
