Does saying "Ashkenazi populations have a nasty history of ethnic nepotism, and that's why several of them are globalist conspirators and regressive leftism is rampant in the Jewish community." qualify as an identity based attack?
It's dancing the line because of "nasty history of ethnic nepotism", so I'd look at your context behind that to make a judgement.
