Look at Figure 1b here, AJA and AJA_4GP are the jewish clusters, and the others are the white populations (Greek, Italian, Spanish, German, English, Irish, Scandinavian, and Dutch).
Figure 2 shows that removing the Irish subset shows little delta to the data, removing the jewish groups allows much finer separation due to the distance of the jewish vector.
Since Jewster doesn't understand math: An orthogonal vector is one that does not share any components with the other vector. The dot product of any two orthogonal vectors is 0.
The money quote from the study:
All of these populations were differentiated from the current non-Jewish populations in these countries reflecting distinctive genetic histories.
Do these studies show where Jews originiated? Jester claims that Jews don't originate from Khazaria, but I've seen lots of evidence to the contrary. Curious if you know anything about it. I've seen lots of threads discussing it at 4chan with supporting evidence, but that kind of evidence is pretty difficult to find.
Thanks. I just found this website which has collated evidence supporting the Khazarian theory, farther than the genetic studies (even though a few of them are mentioned).
•Sample A80301 belonged to the Y-DNA haplogroup R1a1a1b2a (R-Z94) which is of Persian/West Asian origin and found today among Turkic-speaking Karachay people. A80301's mtDNA haplogroup was I4a which is found today in northwestern and central Europe such as in Sweden, and also found around the Black Sea, in the North Caucasus, and in Armenia, Iran, and Siberia.
•Sample A80302's mtDNA haplogroup was D4m2, which is found today in Siberia among the Dolgan, Yakut, and Even peoples, but is never found among Ashkenazim.
•Sample A80410 belonged to the Y-DNA haplogroup G, commonly found among peoples in West Asia and the Caucasus today.
•Sample A80411 belonged to the Y-DNA haplogroup J2a, which is also commonly found in West Asia and the Caucasus today, and also in Central Asia and in parts of Europe like the Balkans.
Are you claiming Jews are white now?
The studies I linked explicitly mention that Jews kept their genetics distinct from the surrounding populations. Jewster just lies.
Here they are, without Jewster's cherrypicking.

Figure 1b shows the PCA for whites (CEU) and jews. There is no significant overlap.

The image he keeps linking came from this source.
Don't bother arguing with Jewster. He is paid to lie, and you are just giving him his paycheck.

This one discusses it some, from the genetic side. You'll have to find your own studies for the geographic side.

Remember Sci-hub has most published papers on every subject, as long as you can find the DOI number.

You need to read the link you even shared. The author said that Ashkenazi Jews did not originate from Khazars, but some did convert.
And all the links, including u/CatoTheElder links show Jews are caucasians, ethnically jewish from the middle east region.
From Cato's and your source:
Gennady E. Afanasiev and his co-authors published the Russian article "Khazarskie konfederaty v Basseyne Dona" in Yestestvennonauchnie metodi issledovaniya i paradigma sovremennoy arkheologii: Materiali Vserossiyskoy nauchnoy koferentsii, Moskva, Institut arkheologii Rossiyskoy akademii nauk, 8-11 dekabrya 2015 in 2015 on pages 146-153. They examined the uniparental markers of 4 individuals in the Saltovo-Mayaki culture of Khazaria who lived circa the 800s:
•Sample A80301 belonged to the Y-DNA haplogroup R1a1a1b2a (R-Z94) which is of Persian/West Asian origin and found today among Turkic-speaking Karachay people. A80301's mtDNA haplogroup was I4a which is found today in northwestern and central Europe such as in Sweden, and also found around the Black Sea, in the North Caucasus, and in Armenia, Iran, and Siberia.

Thank you for confirming that Jews are caucasians, and ethnicity of the caucasians, and are not Khazars
I love you for doing all my work for me!
Thank you very, very much!
u/CatoTheElder a stormcuck proved without a single shadow of a doubt that Jews are caucasians.
He obviously couldn't understand the science, but it was very clear.
This image here is clear, https://i.imgur.com/li2wPj8.png which he stopped using once he saw his mistake.
