Yup. Transhumanists are as delusional as they are retarded.
There's minimal harm in trying to think of ways to improve humans. Alzheimers is a bitch, after all, and so is cancer.
The problem is when you stop thinking.
Because I don't think he's delusional OR retarded. He has full mental faculties. He knows EXACTLY what he's doing, and quivers in anticipation for the harm it causes.
