Once the camel's nose is under the tent its only a matter of time until the lawsuits start flying. Then, because activist lawyers take the cases, part of the settlement agreement is "diversity" commissars and extortion money for marxist organizations. Then the diversity commissars only hire their own and more importantly get rid of anyone who isn't a cult member. Then all of the public presence is turned into marxist subversion and demoralization. Then the organization fails, the normal people wonder what happened, and the commissars get picked up to probably higher positions because of their "success".
That's literally every company, until it isn't. Thinking you are safe and immune from these things is how they blindside everyone.
