Technically it bans naturalization for the spouse rather than the marriage, which seems like splitting hairs, but it's less totalitarian.
Seems like common sense to me. This is a strategy used by Muslim populations in Europe to increase their numbers. Frankly, I think that if you're going to marry a foreigner, you should not come live here and wreck the place.

if he lives there, should we hate on him, because folks in his race can be stupid? Or should we keep the broad coalition that made GG successful, going into the future? I think the second option is more advantageous to keep our culture war going, at least imho
