Never read him, but this dude is always being promoted on Reddit reading and writing subs, so I assumed that his work was full of wokeness?
Not really, at least nothing that offended my sensibilities. Yes, he does have "strong female characters" but they're not infallible. One of the protagonists of the first Mistborn trilogy is a woman who beats up the antagonists, but she's also using magic to do so.
My biggest complaint with Sanderson is that he only seems to have 4-5 protagonist archetypes so if you read multiple series, it all starts to feel a bit samey
Not, not full of wokeness.
Mistborm is a good series to try out if you're interested in that genre.
