It's that he went off script. A substitute is there to teach the lesson plan and nothing else. When I was in middle school, a substitute lost his job with the school because he spent the class telling us funny stories about his family instead of the math lessons. He did this because he kept getting interrupted by the local dicks (entitled well-off cunts who had been in the local school system for generations), these same dicks ratted him out the next day to the regular teacher.
Man, when I was in school we had a regular substitute we called the Racoon Lady because if you even hinted at interest she would go off for the entire day about her pet racoons.
Substitues are there to keep the kids from actively trying to murder each other, that's about it.
This guy sounds like he's probably the most qualified teacher in the state.
You aren't wrong. Varies on jurisdiction but the only "qualifications" you need to be a sub in my state (at least as of the mid-10s) are being at least 18 and having a high school diploma.
Good. This is no different to some woke degenerate telling kids that gender is a social construct. Educators should only be teaching children established facts, not their personal opinions.
Just remember that a huge percentage of people are not rational. Even if they seem to agree with you at the moment, it's not because they reached that position through logical thought.
Consider 'fashion', for a non-political example. Or the popularity of songs. Most humans aren't rational, and are extremely susceptible to influence.
I've done a lot of scientific marketing research. (No "burgers?" shit.) You can increase sales of French wine by piping in French music, because people are just that easily manipulated. I'm aware of that particular manipulation, and it's a subtle one, so it likely wouldn't effect me, but ones I'm not aware of? I don't view myself as some superhuman. They likely have at least SOME effect. Human minds are remarkably malleable.
That is why it is so important to identify with honesty and clarity all the elements of any decision you make, and to review your processes. Minimize those influences. But some will always be missed, some hidden elements altering your views without your noticing.
Anyone who believes themselves immune to all manipulation are being manipulated hard. The best we can do is the old Gamergate mantra: Trust, but verify. The self-review of verifying eliminates vast swaths of attempts, just know it isn't all of them, so don't decide impulsively, and review your decisions after a cooldown period.
That's well and good in theory, but as you can see throughout this thread, delusional people don't know they're delusional and have no interest in seriously reconsidering their position. And sadly some people are unprincipled scum and will be blatant hypocrites just to be on the opposite site of their enemy.
The question was intended to get some brain activity going in your sad little head, but it evidently failed. You can continue circlejerking with the other hypocritical Russian bootlickers now.

theyre like cat ladies, only more advanced.... theyre evolving
In some states, substitute teachers don't even need to have teaching degrees, they can just be randos off the street who will work for peanuts.
That was the case with an 18 or 19 year old substitute teacher last year in the South that got in shit for propositioning her middle school students.

He told a story anout how his son farted blue 'smoke' out of the sun roof. No, he wasn't.
I dunno id like to hear more about lil buttsmoke
So a real teacher?
Can't have that. Off with his head.
what if the lesson plan is pro Ukraine propagandas left by the regular teacher
So subs are not teachers?
Ok, off with his head!
everything has to be black and white, 'russia bad, ukraine good'. Don't try to change that or you will be threatened with all the plagues of egypt.
Ukraine propaganda is bad too.
Not surprising. Arlington is et up with government bureaucrats and Biden apparatchiks.

Does that include you?
"Of course." Should be the obvious answer there.

Would my answer influence your opinion on the topic?

Yeah, and they're so oblivious to it that they're projecting it onto others. Hint hint.
