It is not really about legal or illegal. There is plenty of stuff that is legal, but which poses a severe risk. E.g. the Daily Stormer did nothing illegal, but registrars and hosters did a number on it.

The Daily Stormer is wishing me a Happy Eliot Rodger Day. They still seem to be around. If you start yielding before any pressure at all is applied, you're definitely going to lose.
