all of the 'competitors' rely on more code to increasingly datamine you. so theyre not "better" than YT in the freedom sense.
Same idea here. I have a third-party scraper that acts like an RSS feed to download videos/audio only that I want.
Have you seen even big tubers complaining that only 40% of their viewers are subscribed? Jokes on yt we do not even have accounts.

Probably the god part.
Soft word filtering. Rather than censor words outright, they just warn you that it's likely to get you reported. Which is arguably worse because it forces people to self-censor and thus trains them.
