My neighbor told me one cop had the gall to sit in front of the gate with her friend doing a "speed trap" for half an hour, blocking all residents of the community from entering and waving people off.
I also consistently see them essentially closing the highway and side roads when there's an accident because there needs to be like 10 cop cars for one collision.
