I actually once considered doing a series of "let's learn" videos where I tried out various things I had never done before, and I also considered a series on setting up a linux box for everyday use, lol.
solitaire itself? nothing really. I dunno, it just hit me as funny the idea of someone playing hours of an old card game and treating it like a serious Vidya gaming channel somehow weirdly amusing...
... I don't see Let's Play videos about solitaire to be any more bizarre an idea than the idea of ANY Let's Play. Why should they be limited to video games? It's not like cards and board games went extinct because video games are the new big bruiser on the block ...
And I know I didn't watch hours of Earl Anthony as a kid who belonged to a kid's league because ten-pin bowling is so fucking exciting to watch ...
And young people who never played normal card games (just magic/you-gi-oh/pokemon, etc) might be turned on by this "new" and exciting hipster thing. :P
Honestly, given the type of content people watch, it'd probably get views. Treat it like a cross between an instructional channel (teaching people how to play manual forms of solitaire), a "let's play", and "just chatting", and you could probably pull some regulars. Rotate between different games every few sessions to keep things interesting and it might have some legs.
Be sure to be as soylent as possible. Screech like an autistic child at every interval, your thumbnails will REQUIRE that your gape be the approximate oral diameter of blowing a soup can.
Should try to be as competitive as possible. Bitch about the RNG. Discuss probabilities and "perfect moves". Describe the different backgrounds as having an influence on your play by setting the right atmosphere. Do stupid shit like talk about how solitaire inspired you to create a poem, them make a poem. Start singing songs dedicated to solitaire. Make up some warcry every time a certain thing in the game happens. Start talking about the different Gods of solitaire and how your devotion to the solitaire Gods improves you game. Etc...
Solitaire? I'd love to watch someone go all DSP over it.
if you think you're gonna catch me jerking off on a hot webcam, you're crazy...
Mahjong Nagomi on steam.
It's not that stupid solitaire mahjong.
irl solitaire. with physical cards/majong pieces/etc.
Honestly, i dunno if i'll really do it. I just think it sounds like a funny gag...
That's the thing about this kind of media, you could do it once as a gag or for a couple weeks even and then just drop it
You'd be featured in a WHANG! video sooner or later

I mean, Artemis of the Blue often does multiple hours streams of just minesweeper. All you need is to be a cute anime girl
so I need some sort of face mapping software and a decent impression of an anime voice. think I can work with that, lol..
What's so funny about solitaire? Sport of kings.

well, maybe, lol
Are you a moderately attractive girl with big boobs?
Instant success.
no, but I'm a moderately short, fat dude with a voice like a fifteen-year-old with a head cold, lmao.
Do it

roflmao.
This was unironicly allowed on twitch before they removed content restrictions.
Show me how to four-suit spider solitaire.
As soon as I figure out how, i'll get back to you, lmao.
Here are your first 150 videos.

watched a couple markiplier vids have we? lmao
In the age of the internet, it not being funny could be exactly what makes it hysterically funny
Play it as serious as possible. Insist there's a WR that you're going to beat. Speedrun every form of Solitaire.
True I suppose...
