It’s always amazing to look at how lazy games are today. It’s like the planned obsolescence of video games. They throw a half finished product with a third of the features of the exact same game a decade ago.
And somehow with lower quality, like with the newest Battlefield, which somehow has WORSE player animations than Battlefield 4. Absolutely astounding.
And shoehorn in microtransactions, can't forget about that. "Oh it's just going to be for free games, just going to be for 1 dollar games, just for games on the phone" Copium from 2009 that was tossed around.
That was the gamer version of vax mandates. Oh it’s just cosmetics!
Member when Horse Armor was an insult to all things holy and should never be forgiven?
Then Skyrim sold more than imaginable and now cosmetics cost 2x-3x that for even less variation.
If you haven't already watch the comparison between Farcry 2 and 5. That's the perfect example of this
