If a white architect wanted to build anything in NYC he would likely get rejected.

But we know that no government institution can say “no” to anything with the name “black” or “diversity” on it.

Nonsense. Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture designed the Central Park Tower, completed in July 2021. All three of its partners are white men. Kohn Pederson Fox designed the One Vanderbelt building, completed in September 2019. Its President is a white man. The JP Morgan Chase World HQ, under construction by Foster + Partners. Norman Foster is a white man. Brooklyn Tower, JDS Development Group, Michael Stern, white man. And so on.
