This should be a death penalty offense. Abuse of government authority is bad enough. All they need to enter your house and begin 'discovering' things is a single fake call.
Kind of a break down of the fourth amendment to be honest.
Exactly. This shit is why I am so tired of the courts giving everyone who doesn't deserve or need it immunity.
We let liberals exist to conspire against every other civil right.
Expect any evidence they find whole doing so of any "wrong doing" they can arrest you for. It's just a way to get around the 4th. Stop licking boots
That's sort of the point, isn't it? The 4th Amendment doesn't have "Exigent circumstances". But people who were born before us and have already died decided that "yeah, the founders probably meant this" and in the process created situations where you don't have rights "to keep us safe".
Yeah, imagine you're home, armed, as you lawfully and morally can be. Cops break down your door, they got a warrant after all. You have no clue, aren't expecting anything. Think it's a home invasion. Shoot at the strangers. Cops return fire. You successfully got the cops to merc someone for you.
It’s not just a violation of the victims rights, it should be considered attempted murder. Swat team breaches at other end of house, home owner thinking it’s a robbery is now armed. Either a cop, resident or both could possibly end up being killed. On top of a huge waste of town resources
The officer who fired his weapon and killed an innocent unarmed man was not charged. What an absolutely shitshow.
That tells me the guy shot wasn't a black rapist dealing drugs.
Smirked.
Not enough
It will probably end when when of the "untouchables" is minorly inconvenienced by it.
Not that I advocate that.
They have their own police force. The actual police probably aren't allowed near their houses

It is liberty, justice, and class being discussed here. All public figures are fair game and discussing the potential (likely) consequences of the breakdown of trust.between the aforementioned 3 will likely result in civil war-level violence.
Nope. Increase it ad absurdum. Swat all the baddies. Swamp the swamp with swat.
