It's weird but I think the bot or at least spammer explanation is more likely. If it was a weirdo trying to sew division or hurt morale, he'd be attacking right-wing figures and not breadtubers that everyone already hates.
He was posting about Trump shilling the vax at one point, which seems tailor made to try to rip the community apart, which is what convinced me that it's a troon. But the current focus is pretty weird since it doesn't press those buttons.
