Now you see why they actually went into 'self-isolation' and keep doing it. Government backed healthcare around the world was on the brink of collapse for decades due to mismanagement, underfunding, rapefugees, government largess, embezzlement, rejected payment remittances from non-government medical entities to the healthcare agencies, an aging population, higher prices on drugs and treatements, lack of qualified workers, lack of doctors willing to be GPs instead of specialists, lack of doctors to work in remote areas, etc. They saved billions by canceling all kinds of treatments and procedures, better to let them die rather than pay for treatments. They'll pass the savings on to themselves. America's system's fucked, but other countries aren't any better.
Oh I'm well aware of the ways they 'suggested' what people should do rather than outright legislate it because a suggestion doesn't make them responsible for when [not if] the shit hits the fan.
I am saying this is why they did it, not the semantics of it
This has been a thing for a while over the last two years what with various health services unrelated to Covid [
COMING TO A CRASHING STOP AAAAAAAAH] shutting down because obviously mortality is generous that way and only one thing is allowed to cause trouble for people at a time, much like how Covid itself is polite enough to only infect people entering a building or walking to a table but the moment they sit down suddenly Covid is banned from doing anything so groups can sit well within those 2 meter social distances with no masks and talk, and laugh, and do all the things that would according to thefearmongersMSM increase the likelihood of infection between people. Were you expecting surgery about two years ago? Too bad, world had to shut down to protect those over 70 so they might live a few more years despite the greater mortality rates at that age and beyond in the first place let alone the massive differences in standards of living when accounting for spontaneous non-lethal events like strokes, aneurysms, dementia, and many more conditions that mean living well into your 80s/90s is not worth it for many when they have none of their mental or physical faculties anymore. At least they were able to live longer to get to experience that and let their loved ones see them decline into such conditions! Well, except they possibly didn't because families were also banned from spending that time with their elderly relatives in many cases and missed things like their final Christmas together [something in particular that has infuriated many in the UK what with the complete disregard for the lockdown rules the Conservatives put in place yet ignored at the same time] or even just the final days/weeks/months and so on with no specific days of note involved.
Did you have a brain or other part of your body that questions were already raised about being scheduled for a scan of some kind soon? Computer says "NO!", you must now wait for
evertwo weeks while we flatten the curve!About to move jobs? Change country? On holiday? Well you're just going to have to wait a while until things settle. Don't worry the government will take care of you and give you a pittance in terms of support. One time. Under the bad Orange Man or regional equivalent. If you dislike these measures remember your vote will
notmatter to replace him with Joe because the counts are made up and the elections don't matter! Then there's also the side of the coin involving the decline of socializing both in terms of general activity amongst adults and how it's going to affect developing minds in children who have spent the last two years at times devoid of any social contact outside their own family. So depression is going to surge, suicides are already happening amongst those who can't comprehend how their lives now are under the various insane and tyrannical measures governments have put in place, all the while ignoring them themselves, but at least we managed to stop Covid in those two weeks.
Uh, 3 weeks.
I mean 6 months.
No wait, it's until the bad Orange Man is gone because Joe'll fix it! [Tangent: Those outside the UK look up "Jim'll fix it" if you don't immediately recognize the phrase and know who that involves.
We really mean it this time, just get your 4th booster [then wait another 3 months for the 5th... then the 6th...]
Somewhat more seriously: Covid does in fact kill. By killing the medical services many people need to catch things that will kill them otherwise such as cancer. It's not a "true" death 'from' Covid, but it's certainly one 'because of' Covid as a consequence.
So yes, the 15 year old boy who has spent the last two years of his life as many have surviving rather than living has a brain tumour, but at least he didn't catch Covid! 🙄
Then again he might have since he's hardly at risk of dying from it. Not directly as it turns out.
Nearly had a personal experience with this. A very dear friend of mine was scheduled to get a thyroid biopsy in late March 2020. When the coof arrived, it got cancelled and she didn't actually get the biopsy done until it was, I think, October 2020. Now, in her case, it came back negative but if it had been positive then I shudder to think how much more dangerous an extra 6 months of thyroid cancer growing and spreading would have been, just because of unnecessary panic.
The only person I know who actually died with Covid was my older neighbor.
Despite being very active, he was extremely overweight and had a number of health issues relating to blood circulation. Normally he would have medical appointments every week but then the lockdowns...
He died, in hospital, from a heart attack but he also had xiflu at the time (don't know if he got it in the hospital) so of course he's a "covid death".
They don't care about you. They only care about their own safety & your money.
That's how hospitals work.
Québec, which has adults 90% vaccinated twice+, is going back into lockdown tomorrow.
It will be illegal to be outside your house/appartment betweem 10pm and 5am,
illegal to visit friends or family,
schools are shut down untill whenever ( they say 3rd week of January, but always assume deadlines are lies ),
buisness such as gyms and restaurents are also shut down, and mind you these are places where only double-vaxxed people were allwed in, much trust in their product!,
religious services are banned except funerals with 25 people or less,
Etc.
I want to die.
P.S. : Need I say the sanitary circus such as gathering limits of 10, ritual handwashing and masks in public places were never lifted? Not even in the Summer?
The only people who should have "locked down" are all the slutty needle freaks with no immune systems. They already had too much "social fun" as it is, obviously.
I just saw some guy on another forum who barged into the Covid discussion thread and started spewing all the old talking points like an NPC that didn't get the latest update. You know, lockdowns work, if we all get vaxed it'll be over soon, that garbage. I've been cyberbullying him for the last 2 hours. I'm trying to see if I can get him to say The Line - "Two weeks to flatten the curve!"
This guy says he's a doctor at a small hospital in my country, and among the things he told us in an attempt to make some sort of a point, he claimed that while their hospital was pretty overwhelmed last year with 120+ people getting supplemental air at any given time for half a year straight, this year, thanks to vaccinations, they're averaging about 15 people in the same condition. But, he says, they still canceled planned surgeries for two months this fall.
He said that "the virus forced them to". No virus did that, this is management incompetence at best and more likely outright malice in an attempt to make the supposed pandemic seem worse than it is. This motherfucker admitted they canceled a big chunk of standard care due to a case load that was at less than 1/10th of last years, when the healthcare system didn't collapse either, that's outright criminal.
I want to just file him off as a troll but I think he might be genuine, because his account is from 2006 and before discovering the Covid thread all he ever posted was about WH40K, posting his figurines etc., so it seems weird he'd just start shitposting out of nowhere.
And it does sound possible. I do know another local hospital publicly announced that they'd be temporarily pausing all nonurgent care for the unvaxed, regardless of whether they're actually infected, citing "worsening situation". I checked the stats, they announced this on Dec 14 and our hospitalizations peaked on Dec 3 and they've been in freefall since then.
The people in charge of our healthcare policy are outright psychopaths and we need to deal with them ASAP. Good lord.
