My mistake, I suppose I did misread it originally.

So let's go back to my first point and go from there:

In a homogenous state a native with an iq of 120 has the same power as a native with an iq of 80. Is that justice?

If the 80iq individual has the ability to work to support themselves and their family, the time to set aside to learn of politics, and the propensity to vote, then yes.

Again, your argument now is that you believe a borderline or actual retard was capable of attaining property and surviving on it alone. If they could do so I'd argue they're not quite so retarded to begin with.

Okay so then if an immigrant were to move here, support themselves, learn the way of our politics, what would be the problem with them voting and being part of this country?

Are they racially and culturally homogeneous with the native population?

You've spent multiple posts now completely ignoring my post. Read it you daft fool and then think about what I wrote and what it implies.

So if IQ has no bearing on the situation, why use it in your original argument at all?

I don't agree that a democracy can only work in a racially homogenous population, and you seem to imply the reason is due to IQ. That's the part I'm currently questioning. If IQ has no bearing on it, then why can't a democracy work in a society that is not racially/culturally homogenous?
