While you're at it, make sure you have uBlock Origin and SponsorBlock addons as well to make youtube tolerable.
Brave Browser does a lot of good without needing add-ons. Fuck google
Brave's search engine (it's in beta) is pretty good, too. Better than faggy duckduckgo
I got me the brave browser just so I don't get the YouTube ads. It's YouTube premium for free.
u/EvanGRogers Don't forget to set Brave's adblock to aggressive.
But I like the commercials of 100% Blacks 100% of the time!
Now now; they aren't all black commercials: What about those Alarm-Company ones featuring 100% white day-time burglars?
Google has already told developers that downvotes will be removed from the API in the middle of December. This will not work for very long.
came to post this
Well shit.
Guys, I would just recommend using Invidious if you are not planning to comment on or (dis)like any videos.
If you are gonna use a nigger video host, you aint gettin my shekels bitches. Anyone not demonitized or bannedfrom jootube already arent worth a shit anyways
I am using freetube for a year now, yes it is far from perfect but i have a neat list of 150 subscriptions and watch everything they post without a google account.
If you plan to use please avoid the latest release in WIndows because Electron crashes, use the previous release instead.
Vanced is not open source from what I remember, that's why I did not mention it. If privacy is not a concern, then it is a good option.
I know the NewPipe dev is cucked. Read my reply to Trump4045.
uBlock Origin - In addition to blocking ads and trackers, you can also block whatever you want.
True, the devs are cucks. If you want to check out newpipe, check out "Newpipe x Sponsorblock" which is a fork of newpipe.
I found this fork from the newpipe subreddit. Don't know if it's legit.
Saw that. I still recommended the app because it would improve your privacy.
Also check out libreddit. It is a front-end for reddit. Simply replace "https://www.reddit.com" or "https://old.reddit.com" to "https://libredd.it" to use it.
For e.g. the url of the libreddit version of reddit thread you linked would look like this - https://libredd.it/r/NewPipe/comments/qv6kr6/cringe_developers/
I use firefox (even though it's cucked) and can still see dislikes.
Will definitely add on once I can't see it.
Seems like it's a slow roll by region or accounts. I know some that already have the change and other who haven't had it changed yet. And other who say when they log out or run private, they can still see dislikes.
Is this going to turn out like the Dissenter app and it will suddenly be banned on all major browsers and you have to download a proprietary browser for the sole purpose of using one feature?
I loved dissenter - it is such a simple site -
https://dissenter.com/discussion/begin?url=https://patriots.win
It doesn't really require web browser to append a web address
Wait until you hear what google/mozilla did with the brilliant 'dissenter' addon
