More accurately, he hates women that actively hate men. which our western societies are full of. he provides a useful voice that is ruthlessly silenced nearly everywhere else.

There is a public modlog, it's just not linked anywhere so it's not discoverable. It's also not easily searchable, but I can't find a mention of Imp being banned, the most recent mention of him is an approved comment on page 8, and there's no more recent ban message - so I dunno what happened.
