If the law is well worded that it specifically bans airdropping then -
maybe apple should just ban airdrops onto women’s phones
But I mainly worry that it will be used to criminalize men after they split up with a partner - because he sent me his dick pic
Every time they pass a law like this, they almost immediately prove that someone - usually a woman, but sometimes the da's office - will immediately abuse it.
You had a bad day at work. You get on the train to go home. Some woman who's had a few drinks and her boyfriend dumped her ass decides you look like her boyfriend and she's gonna come at you to blow off steam.
The train stops and suddenly cops come on the train and demand to know why you've been sending her pics of your dick. You haven't of course but she has of someone's dick on her phone and claims they're from you.
You get arrested. The next day you're late to work because you spent the night in jail. Your boss is in a foul mood and fires you.
The da mixes up your case with someone elses. The judge is tired of angry people and you're angry and exhausted and finds you guilty.
Your have 100k of debt in a medical field, and with a "sexual" offense on your record no one will hire you.
You can't pay your rent. You end up homeless and die frozen on the street.
And what enormous offense was this weapon that killed you created for?
So a woman didn't have to press "no don't accept" on her phone.
Seems it would be simpler to simply ban women from accessing the internet.
Well, look what happened to Paul Reubens. He was in a porno theatre watching a movie when he got busted for "exposing himself". Bullshit charge, but there were too many baby-brains who got his man-child character (Pee-Wee Herman) mixed up for the real man and were just scandalized that he was watching porn like a grown man at all.
Taking blackmail material of yourself and sending it to others is pretty stupid and should be at least punishable by being beat up by whoever you sent it to.
Eh, I'm surprised it was not illegal already. Is it really legal to send people pornography without being asked?
What is AirDrop anyway? Bizarre if I go by what you are saying.
Maybe that should be too. Can I go around slapping people? It doesn't leave a mark. Just walk away and get on with your life.
Not saying anything should be illegal too. Silence is violence.
It’s pretty common in online dating…
Only for Bezos / Biden types.
Trust me, the only people interested in getting a dick pic are other guys. No one else.
That’s the truth. If anyone is asking to see your junk it’s probably a dude catfishing you.
Out of about 100 women - I only once had a woman ask for a dick pic.
Most women are reluctant to appear forward - so let’s say 10% are OK with a dick pic.
90% would be put off…
The problem is that this means there is a nonzero chance it will work, which is all some thirsty savages need in order to rationalize engaging in the behavior.

Makes me glad my dick is so small I'd never take a pic of it willingly.
You’re not hung like a squirrel - You just need a woman who isn’t “a bucket”
In the words of Jeff Greene, "Those big vagina ladies are getting away with murder"
Why Apple never defaulted airdropping to "people in your contacts list only" still escapes me.
It's always fun in a public place just to see who's iPhones are wide open like that... or who's AppleTVs I can cast to! :P
This is gonna backfire.
