Well you're on one of the worst sections of the site for that subject. This sub (or whatever) has 16 rules, and it's as stupid as it sounds on the surface.

Is it an identity crisis? there is nothing more supreme than being a white male, no matter what they say and what they do there is no need for confirmation. They are saying and doing all that shit because white males created a society that enables them.
People talk about anti-white on lots of places, they just say "people of color". Means the same thing.
"More scholarships for people of color" is the same statement as "Less scholarships for white people". Logically, PoC and !(!PoC) are the same and !PoC is everybody except people of color, which is just white people (sometimes Asians).
