If Trump runs, I don't see any of these "based" republicans beating him in the primary.

I agree with you, but then Trump will get BTFOed by the dementia patient and cackles because the Dems will run the same exact playbook as last time and Trump has learned NOTHING about why he lost or what to do to prevent it from happening again.

I'm pretty sure he knows about voter fraud and he's not in a position to do anything about it. Thankfully some of the states involved are clamping down on it, but not all
